The Greater North Penn Collaborative for Health and Human Services produces results-oriented impact on health and human service issues through information sharing, networking and advocacy efforts.

We are a catalyst for action, engaging members and the broader community to foster a cohesive and effective health and human services system in the region encompassed by the North Penn, Souderton Area, and Wissahickon School Districts (map).

The Collaborative is the ONLY organization in the region bringing community stakeholders to the table on a monthly basis to better meet health and human service needs!
