Our HistoryThe Greater North Penn Collaborative for Health and Human Services was established in 2004 through both the vision of Montgomery County’s Department of Human Services and the renewal of a regional consortium that has roots reaching back to 1987. The ultimate goal was (and remains) to better serve the region’s at-risk residents by fostering joint problem solving, networking, and education among our member organizations. Growing Community PartnershipsThe Collaborative has forged sound relationships with key community partners like the North Penn Community Health Foundation (NPCHF), the North Penn United Way, and North Penn School District, Souderton Area School District, and Wissahickon School District. Solutions and SharingSolutions-oriented groups have formed regularly through the Collaborative since its inception. Today, more formalized Special Interest Cabinets identify and carry out meaningful, manageable projects to serve our community. |
