Information-Packed Monthly Meetings

The Collaborative promotes health and wellness throughout the Greater North Penn community through:

Monthly gatherings of the region’s health and human service providers and their community partners to…

• Learn the results of studies and initiatives related to health and wellness of residents in our community
• Network with the leaders of other organizations to identify partners to address issues that no one agency can resolve alone
• Work together on concrete projects to serve our most vulnerable neighbors
• Share knowledge to strengthen agencies’ capacity to serve our community

In fact, the Collaborative is the only organization in the region bringing community stakeholders to the table on a monthly basis to better meet health and human service needs!

***IMPORTANT NOTE: The Collaborative's monthly Membership Meetings are now going to be held on the first Thursday of each month from September through June from 9:00 to 11:30 am at Community Partners Center for Health and Human Services, 2506 North Broad St., Colmar, PA 18915. Meetings are held in the Walton Meeting Room.
